Uncork For A Cause is a collection of businesses, professional athletes and celebrities working together to give back to the communities where they live and work. Developed by TAG Sports, it was created as a way to bring the world of fine wine and unique, personalized collectibles to you, and to benefit those in need through various local and national foundations.
We have partnered with countless athletes including future baseball Hall of Fame members Tom Glavine, Luis Gonzalez and Greg Maddux, each of whom unveiled their very own limited edition 2006 Napa Valley red wine. In addition to the wine release, Uncork for a Cause hosts public wine events in many cities around the country. The events will feature amazing food and wine, spectacular auction items, special guests including professional athletes, managers & coaches, and a few other surprises along the way. In addition to the wine release, you will be able to purchase one of the most unique sports collectibles available. Each player will have three bottles of their wine packaged in a limited edition custom wine box which includes The WineBat™, their personal game model baseball bat uniquely stained with "Hill Harvest Red" wine stain and hand-signed by the player.
